Our Digital & IT department is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess applications and digital platforms to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
  • Develop and implement architecture standards and policies for business processes, ensuring consistency and coherence across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and promote the group's architecture standards and choices for business processes.
  • Lead solutions assessments and selection with a value-driven approach, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies.
  • Provide guidance on making architecture and solutions decisions, and draft and validate application and digital solutions architecture standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture teams on business platforms/digital factory.
  • Experience in large Digital & IT transformation projects in international and multi-business context.
  • Strong business understanding and focus approach, with ability to understand architecture challenges from a technological perspective and business needs, impacts, challenges, and strategies.
  • Excellent relationship, communication, and animation skills, with ability to animate a community of IT & Digital application portfolio managers and architects in the Group.
  • Leadership skills, with ability to lead and deliver complex projects in an international environment.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively, translate business needs and concepts into IT and vice-versa, and produce migration roadmaps.
  • Good written communication skills, with ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills, with ability to assess and understand complex architecture, multiple business context, and priorities, and identify most critical and value-added topics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Application portfolio management.
  • IS development lifecycle, devops.
  • IS project management.
  • IS Roadmaps, IS cost and value models.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and good practices for applications and digital platforms.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • French (strongly recommended).
