Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor to promote a culture of safety and prevention at our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
- Organize and deliver safety training for site personnel.
- Monitor and report on incidents and accidents on the site, proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote a safety culture and encourage best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on safety and environmental performance.
- Ensure the safety of assembly teams.
- Assist team leaders and site personnel.
- Perform lifting maneuvers, work at height, and in confined spaces.
Profile:
- HSE background, experience in industrial construction sites for at least 1 year.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
