As a key member of our Health and Safety Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective health and safety programs across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Group standards and Operating Requirements by participating in working groups and webinars.
- Assist in creating safety training programs for employees, focusing on technical safety and ergonomics.
- Collaborate with the Group H&S manager to manage the H&S Culture and compliance with the Standard Assessment Program.
- Engage in activities to promote a culture of safety within the organization, including creating safety newsletters and conducting safety meetings.
- Assist with the investigation of workplace accidents or incidents, identifying root causes and making recommendations for prevention.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field of health and safety through research activities.
Requirements:
- Engineer/Master's Degree, including Health & Safety management principles.
- Fluent English and French language skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Autonomous, team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural and international context.
- Ability to find solutions and work collaboratively with others.

- Gross salary from 1410€ to 1550€ per month.
