Project Technical Specialist

ESSP is seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Engineer to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of our unit's objectives by managing specific activities such as tender responses, EGNOS system evolution monitoring, and transversal project management.
Main Responsibilities:- Tender Response Management: Participate in the drafting of technical proposals for our clients, focusing on the EGNOS context and other areas of our company's diversification in Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS). Your tasks will include coordinating the technical proposal within the unit and with other ESSP units, preparing and attending key meetings for tender preparation, consolidating cost estimations and reviewing proposals, and supporting the preparation of statements of work for subcontracted activities.
- Project Management: Follow up on projects assigned to the team, including setting up the project team, organizing the project kick-off, monitoring projects in terms of schedule, costs, and quality, and organizing steering committees. You may also be required to provide direct technical contributions to some activities and manage the proper execution of contracts with support from the Contract team and management of the client interface.
- EGNOS System Evolution: Follow up on new EGNOS versions, collecting ESSP needs in terms of system evolutions, managing the interface with the GNSS Authority (EUSPA), and participating in the review of EGNOS System Releases under the project management of EUSPA.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience in Space or aeronautics domain in Project Management.
- Very good level of English (minimum B2).
- Available for occasional travel in Europe.
