Optimize Wind Farm Performance

Vestas, the French leader in wind energy, is seeking a skilled worker to join our team as a Service Technician. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum capacity of our wind turbines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform curative maintenance on wind turbines to optimize performance and meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of wind turbines and control the operation of various elements during intervention.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance according to current rules and work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines.

Qualifications

  • BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage.
  • International experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with 3MW turbines.
  • Technical English skills and familiarity with Office Pack.
