Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Regional Clinical Director
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements
- Practice safety procedures at all times, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers
- Comply with all infection control techniques and policies
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations
- Desire to serve and care for seniors
