Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Purpose and Organizational ContextThis role will require actively supporting the Corporate Digital Marketing lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the company's visibility, including technology, reputation, customer base, and online presence through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Salesforce Marketing Automation platform and maximize its potential.
- Collaborate closely with the BL Marcom Business Partners, internal webmaster, and project managers to execute all programmatic and operational strategies using the company's marketing automation.
- Develop and execute various digital marketing programs and client journeys, including segmenting, testing, and deploying campaigns.
- Maintain the integration between Salesforce Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM and assist in integrating the necessary platforms.
- Analyze campaign metrics and share performance results with the Digital Marketing lead.
- Take charge of marketing automation initiatives and procedures, actively exploring and implementing the most up-to-date techniques, tactics, and benchmarks in our industry.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales expansion.
- 3+ years of proven marketing automation experience.
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Self-motivation and highly organized with a sense of urgency.
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Capability of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
