Agicap is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the way businesses manage their cash flow. We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our legal team and help us navigate the complexities of employment law in France and across Europe.
About the RoleThe Employment Law Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, including disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, and pre-litigation procedures. They will work closely with our HR department and operational teams to ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Advising operational teams on employment law matters
- Drafting employment contracts, company agreements, and other legal documents
- Managing industrial relations and conflict resolution
- Keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments
- Contributing to the design of training materials on employment law
We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Specialist with a Master's degree in Employment Law or equivalent. You will have at least 4 years' experience in employment law, ideally within a group of companies across Europe. You will have excellent knowledge of French employment law and a good understanding of other European jurisdictions. You will also have excellent written and spoken French and English skills.
