Employment Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Employment Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support the various entities within our group in managing legal issues related to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to operational teams on disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, and pre-litigation procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Draft employment contracts, company agreements, and other legal documents essential to the smooth operation of the company.
  • Assist in the handling of employment law-related alerts and conflicts, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Manage relations with social partners and staff representative bodies, maintaining constructive social dialogue and preparing meetings and negotiations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments, anticipating their impact on the group's business and contributing to the development of HR policies that comply with current social legislation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Employment Law or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an employment law legal counsel, preferably within a group of companies across Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment law, with knowledge of other European jurisdictions a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken French, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR and operational teams.
