Your Daily Responsibilities
As a member of the HR team, you will engage in various tasks related to Career Management and Personnel Administration.
In collaboration with your colleagues, your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment for Temporary Positions / Internships / Apprenticeships
- Posting job advertisements for temporary roles, internships, and apprenticeships
- Managing administrative tasks: setting up HR systems, internship agreements, HR administrative files, authorizations, compliance checks
- Tracking and reporting on temporary/internship/apprenticeship files
- Overseeing onboarding documents
Recruitment / Mobility
- Managing HR files: setting up HR systems, authorizations, compliance checks
- Drafting employment contracts
- Creating performance evaluation forms
- Preparing necessary documentation for employment
- Monitoring probation periods
- Reporting on HR tracking files
- Overseeing onboarding documents
- Preparing amendments for job changes or permit modifications
- Managing remote work documentation: tracking files, amendments...
Payroll / Personnel Administration
- Entering absence records into the designated management tool
- Inputting variable elements affecting payroll
- Tracking hours for temporary staff/interns
- Generating management reports
- Reporting and monitoring work-related accidents
- Handling administrative follow-ups
- Monitoring daily allowances
- Managing the Admin-HR email inbox and responding to initial inquiries
Are You the Right Fit?
You are pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in an apprenticeship format (such as a Master's in HR) and ideally have some prior successful experience, preferably in the banking sector.
- You demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You are proactive and possess strong writing abilities.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Confidentiality and discretion are second nature to you.
