As a Business Development Manager at Uptoo, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of 220 explorers across 8 offices and 3 continents. Our Parisian team is dedicated to supporting corporate and regional decision-makers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Our mission is to facilitate innovation and growth for leading companies worldwide. We offer a unique blend of strategic development, innovation, and customer experience solutions tailored to various sectors, including healthcare, biotech, agro-food, aerospace, and energy.
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects
- Building relationships with high-level decision-makers
- Creating customized commercial proposals
- Acting as the interface between clients and project teams
- Ensuring mission follow-up and internal coordination
- Developing the skills and expertise of the team
Key requirements:
- Previous commercial experience, ideally in consulting or the pharmaceutical industry
- Desire to evolve into a management role
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Master's degree ( Grande École d'ingénieurs et/ou de commerce)
- Excellent English language skills
