Fisher Investments Luxembourg is a leading global investment management firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Counsellor to join our team in The Netherlands. As an Investment Counsellor, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional client service, and educating clients on financial markets and investments.

The Opportunity

As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service
  • Managing a book of high-net-worth relationships with approximately € million in assets
  • Acting as a conduit between clients, our Investment Policy Committee, research and trading departments, and service teams
  • Proactively updating clients on portfolio changes, financial markets, our current market strategy, and investment philosophy
  • Gaining advanced finance and capital markets education through our training program
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in private clients within the banking/wealth management industry
  • A sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events, and the market
  • Native Dutch and native or fluent English language skills (Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial)
  • The ability to connect with and educate a variety of audiences
  • A positive personality and empathy with clients in good times and bad
  • MiFID certification, training, or the equivalent
  • CFA or similar education is beneficial
