Commercial Development Manager - France / Luxembourg

Job Summary

OneLife is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team in France / Luxembourg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase revenue and market share;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, insurance companies, and other industry partners;
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics;
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition;
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and the market;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform business decisions and drive growth;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry to stay informed and identify new business opportunities;
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business performance and progress towards goals;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue;
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region;
