We are a company based in Lyon, specialized in the manufacture of furniture and interior design for professionals. Our clients are hotels, residences, and tertiary spaces. We intervene on projects throughout France.

We are looking for a COORDINATOR (M/F) OF SITES.

Your Missions

You will work in collaboration with a team of sales managers and interior architects.

Your main mission will be to:

  • Verify the documents provided by the study office
  • Verify the implantation plans
  • Verify the good maintenance of the intervention planning of the workers
  • Search for service providers, have them establish quotes and validate them
  • Order the necessary hardware for the proper execution of the sites
  • Ensure the respect of the announced deadlines
  • Guarantee the quality of the work done
  • Ensure the respect of safety on the site
  • Participate in the installation of test rooms
  • Launch the sites and explain the work to the workers
  • Verify the progress of the sites
  • Perform the OPR / OPL and site receptions
  • Take care of the lifting of reserves

You will also be able to, when necessary, according to the workload:

  • Receive orders at our warehouse and verify them
  • Prepare customer orders
  • Deliver orders to our customers
  • Assemble the delivered furniture (standard and made-to-measure furniture)

Travel is therefore to be expected.

Your Skills

We are looking for someone:

- with a B manual driving license (obligatory)

- knowing the computer tools: Outlook and Excel

- Having already experience in site management and assembly

- Knowing how to DIY: cutting of furniture, adjustment, realization of joints

- Knowledge of electricity and plumbing would be a plus

- Knowing how to maneuver a forklift would be a plus

- Dynamic, ingenious and voluntary
