Transportation Logistics Coordinator

At Maxeon, we're pushing the boundaries of solar innovation every day. As a Transportation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our progress towards building a best-in-class customer experience. Your mission will be to deliver the right product to customers on the promised date, at an optimal cost with high quality, safety, and the best possible sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and monitor deliveries of solar panels and other products from our warehouses in Europe and/or factories to our end customers, from receipt of the transport order to delivery.
- Coordinate with our transport service providers and our warehouses.
- Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of transport documents.
- Liaise with our warehouses/internal customers/partners/transport suppliers to ensure delivery to our customers on the requested date.
- Customer complaints follow up.
- Bachelor's Degree or a BTS, Master's, business school or engineering school degree.
- Knowledge of the principles of transport and international trade and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 360 applications (Excel, Power point, Word, Sharepoint...).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to work Hybrid shift : Part of the time in office/warehouse & work from home.
