Maxeon is a pioneering company in the solar energy sector, and we're seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team in Lyon, France. As a key member of our EMEA Transportation and Distribution team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and sustainable transportation solutions.
Your Mission:As our Transportation Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring deliveries of solar panels and other products from our European warehouses and factories to our end customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliveries while maintaining the highest level of sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and monitor transportation operations, from receipt of transport orders to delivery.
- Coordinate with transport service providers and warehouses to ensure seamless logistics.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of transportation documents.
- Liaise with internal customers, partners, and transport suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns.
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of transportation principles and international trade regulations. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 applications and fluency in English are essential for this role.
