Vision and Objectives

As a Tech Lead, you'll guide our development team to deliver exceptional customer-centric projects. Your leadership will inspire innovation and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring we meet project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, empowering them to make informed decisions and produce high-quality software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from product discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Architect, design, and implement innovative software solutions that align with project requirements, best practices, and the overall product strategy.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.

Abilities and Competences

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices, particularly agile and lean principles.
  • In-depth understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages and development frameworks, specifically Python and Django.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management and design.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to align technical decisions with customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in Python, ideally within the Django framework (4+ years).
  • Demonstrated experience in software development with leadership abilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
