We are seeking a highly experienced Senior P&C Retail Manager to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Global Underwriting Office, you will be responsible for driving Technical Excellence in Retail Underwriting with entities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a state-of-the-art underwriting approach and model to drive growth and profit in Retail Lines.
- Lead In-Depth Reviews (IDR) and Technical Reviews (TR) recommendations to ensure technical excellence in underwriting.
- Participate in Product Management Process (PMP) development to drive business growth.
- Provide high-granularity reports to support portfolio performance review and drive business decisions.
- Launch Profit or Premium Recovery programs to optimize business performance.
- Monitor and steer portfolio profitability to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Improve discount management and sales steering to drive business growth.
- Reduce Underwriting Leakage to optimize business performance.
- Highly utilize internal and external data, including innovative technologies, to drive business decisions.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Retail Lines underwriting. You should have a deep understanding of underwriting cycles, technical pricing, and risk appetite. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
