Missions clés
  • Développer la relation client : analyser la clientèle, adapter les offres, accueillir et conseiller les clients.
  • Animer et dynamiser l'offre commerciale : définir des plans d'actions, les réaliser et en restituer une analyse, organiser l'espace commercial.
  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle : appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, gérer les stocks et les livraisons.
