As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our export sales operations, building strong relationships with our partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Management:
- Ensure that our partners adhere to our company's processes and procedures
- Establish and maintain daily contact with partners through email and phone
- Collect and analyze sales data and forecast future purchases
- Monitor and track orders, shipments, and deliveries in collaboration with our ADV team
- Manage invoices and payments
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Dossier Management:
- Analyze stock levels and forecast future deliveries
- Develop and update price lists
- Monitor packaging changes
- Track brands and market authorization
- Coordinate marketing and medical affairs projects
- Manage contracts and legal documents
- Resolve customer complaints with our quality team
- Budget and Accounting Management:
- Prepare revised budgets
- Enter sales and marketing expenses into SAP
- Enter and track invoices from suppliers
- Administrative Support:
- Enter orders and missions
- Organize events and travel arrangements for the region
- Obtain visas
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales administration or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
