Supply Chain Management Assistant Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed Supply Chain Management program as an Assistant. This unique opportunity will allow you to gain invaluable hands-on experience within a dynamic company environment while pursuing your academic goals at our LAVAL campus.

Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing a team dedicated to household waste collection. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and motivating a team of drivers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Developing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and flexibility.
  • Ensuring comprehensive training programs for staff members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to social regulations and company policies.

Operational Excellence

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Effectively managing human and material resources for optimal planning and execution.
  • Verifying the validity of permits and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing activity schedules that align with social norms and operational requirements.
  • Negotiating and managing equipment contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient utilization.
