Join MBway Laval's Team as a Supply Chain Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at MBway Laval. As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot and animate a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, including validation of electronic vehicle plans (EVPs) and management of anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations, including regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
