OverviewAs a Data and AI/ML Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting organizations in transitioning to Google Cloud services. Your expertise will be essential in addressing technical challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, utilizing advanced investigation tools to enhance productivity on Google Cloud Platform, particularly focusing on AI/ML solutions.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Google's technology and architecture by troubleshooting and identifying root causes of customer-reported issues, while also developing tools for efficient diagnosis.
- Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal teams, aiding in the resolution of technical deployment challenges and contributing to the enhancement of Google Cloud services.
- Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to identify areas for product improvement and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in a global support team that ensures round-the-clock assistance for customers, which may require flexibility in work hours.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in coding with a general-purpose programming language, system design, troubleshooting, and addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in both French and English to effectively manage client relationships in the region.
- Familiarity with distributed databases and data processing frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and the application of models to meet business objectives.
- Background in data analytics, warehousing, ETL development, or data science.
- Knowledge of web technologies and TCP/IP concepts, along with basic Unix/Linux administration skills.
