Role Overview: The primary objective of this position is to assist the Legal and Compliance Department in formulating and executing the legal, compliance, and ethical framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate agreements for Limagrain Corporate and affiliated Group entities.
- Provide legal guidance and assistance to operational teams throughout the contract negotiation process.
- Create contract templates tailored for Limagrain Corporate.
- Deliver legal counsel on a variety of legal issues.
- Execute the Group Compliance Program, encompassing anti-corruption and antitrust initiatives.
- Assist the Procurement division in establishing legal policies and procedures on a global scale.
- Conduct legal research and aid in the drafting of internal and external documents.
- Facilitate training and communication efforts within Limagrain Corporate.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a comparable position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Proven diligence, creativity, and persuasive abilities.
- Fluency in English for international business contexts.
