Your Role:As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from preparing equipment for practical sessions to assisting instructors during classes and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment for practical sessions, ensuring it is in optimal condition for student use.
- Provide technical support to instructors during practical classes, assisting with demonstrations and experiments.
- Enforce strict safety protocols within the laboratory, safeguarding the well-being of students and staff.
- Manage and replenish laboratory supplies, ensuring a consistent inventory of essential materials.
- Collaborate with instructors in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
To excel in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in life sciences and chemistry laboratory techniques. Your experience with laboratory instruments and your understanding of safety regulations are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are also highly valued.
