We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Business Performance domain at Doctolib. As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers and driving the development of innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the performance and career of your team
  • Ensure business objectives are met as a team, by driving performance of each team member
  • Empower your team to build better products
  • Set the roadmap for your team, and be the end-to-end owner of the team's production, quality, and delivery
  • Participate in code reviews and be hands-on if required
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team
  • Partner with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop and retain talent
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team
  • Eager to be hands-on with our stack: we do use Salesforce platform, with some exposure to other technologies (and we are happy to help you ramp up)
  • Understand the value of testing your code
  • Ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues
  • Proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable and secure products
  • Comfortable speaking English in your day-by-day with the team
