We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Business Performance domain at Doctolib. As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers and driving the development of innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of full-stack developers and manage their performance and career growth.
  • Ensure business objectives are met by driving performance and efficiency within the team.
  • Empower your team to build better products and services.
  • Set the roadmap for your team and be the end-to-end owner of production, quality, and delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and be hands-on if required.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team.
  • Partner with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team.
  • Eager to be hands-on with our stack, including Salesforce platform and other technologies.
  • Understanding of the value of testing code and ability to adapt to efficient technologies.
  • Proven experience developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products.
  • Comfortable speaking English in a day-to-day work environment.
