Join Our Team as a Senior Manager or Associate Director

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team of Interpath Advisory France. As a Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will play a key role in setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France.

As a member of our Transaction Services team in Paris, you will work closely with Managing Directors in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Transaction services projects for a diverse range of clients, including top-tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deal Advisory Expertise: Provide high-quality Deal Advisory services, including the drafting of FDD and VDD reports, to clients across various sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development of our business strategy, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and counsel Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Top-tier business or engineering school or university degree (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of audit and transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent) with at least 4 years in transaction services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
