Job Title: Contremaitre de Maintenance Systèmes Métro D

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contremaitre de Maintenance Systèmes Métro D to join our team at KEOLIS LYON. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our metro systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to achieve increased motivation, performance, and skills.
  • Plan, organize, and optimize team work based on production objectives, safety, economic framework, and rolling stock operation.
  • Ensure the quality of operations and their traceability in the GMAO.
  • Minimize downtime of rolling stock.
  • Ensure that hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures are implemented and respected.
  • Participate in budget elaboration, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with hierarchy.
  • Monitor economic and reliability indicators of the area. Propose improvement plans.
  • Establish activity reports to hierarchy.
  • Participate actively in progress initiatives.
  • Participate in transverse projects and relay the company project.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (BTS/DUT electronics) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Good mastery of the Office pack and a GMAO tool is mandatory.
  • Leadership, communication, adaptability, rigor, and analytical spirit are essential qualities for this position.

Working Conditions:

Primarily daytime work, with occasional night and weekend shifts.

Compensation:

Evolutionary hiring salary according to the conventional seniority grid.

Variable elements based on working hours (nights, weekends, and public holidays).

Various primes (participation, interest).

Tickets and restaurant cards.

TECELY circulation card.
