Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various systems within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential infrastructure.
- Execute minor repair works as required to ensure optimal functioning of the building.
- Utilize the GMAO tool for reporting maintenance activities and tracking progress.
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols established by the company.
Working Conditions:
The role operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- In-depth understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Possession of required certifications: BR/HC certifications and CACES R484 A and B.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
