Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for aligning projects with our strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives
  • Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Mentor and coach project managers and team members to enhance their project management skills
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
