Job Overview
AXA Group Operations (AXA GO) is seeking a skilled Project Management Lead to oversee the rollout of a new Identity Governance and Administration system in 10 countries. As part of the Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE), this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, leading a team of Proxy PO/Project managers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Align projects with the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
- Manage a team of project managers, anticipate capacity needs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee the rollout of major programs, currently the rollout of a Identity Governance and Administration system in 10 countries.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to project managers within the program.
- Monitor overall program progress, resolve issues, and communicate with senior management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software.
- Knowledge of portfolio management tools to oversee and manage a group of projects within the program.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or others.
- Leadership and team management skills to provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and senior management.
