Senior Manager/Director - EPM & Consolidation Expert

SystemsAccountants is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager/Director to lead our French consulting practice and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our EPM & Consolidation Expert services, including strategy, operations, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the French consulting practice, focusing on growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of consultants and back-office staff, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Oversee the management of personnel, including recruitment, talent planning, development, and training.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans and sales pipelines to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of EPM and finance transformation projects, including functional and technical aspects.
  • Manage company profitability and financial success through effective analysis and management of accounting and financials.
  • Take the lead in all Human Resources matters, including recruitment, talent planning, development, and training.
Requirements:
  • Strong project/programme management skills, with experience in EPM and finance transformation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Lucanet, BOARD, SAP EPM, or related tools.
