### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Product Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading IT projects that optimize systems and streamline processes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop solution designs and align them with internal customers and external partners
* Work collaboratively with Business Process Managers to design solutions that enable teams to be more effective
* Provide expert advice on technology best practices to clients
* Spearhead or lead IT projects that optimize systems and streamline processes
* Oversee process management, IT service strategy, and business relationship management

### Qualifications

* University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Deep understanding of business models, especially within automotive
* Strong knowledge of PLM & CAX systems, IT Demand/Project Management Systems, and IT Service Management
* Experienced in Product Engineering and Program Management processes
* Excellent English communication skills (at least C1) for internal and external stakeholders
