Senior HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at T.D. Williamson. As a Senior HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across our operations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Site HSE Management
- Develop and implement HSE strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide guidance and support to site management teams on HSE matters.
- Global HSE Performance
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address HSE deficiencies.
- Collaborate with global HSE teams to share best practices and improve overall HSE performance.
- Training and Development
- Design and deliver HSE training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate HSE information to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Education
- Masters degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct HSE experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of improving HSE performance and reducing incidents.
- Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees to adopt a safety-first culture.
