Senior HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team at T.D. Williamson. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across our operations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to management teams on HSE matters and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training programs to enhance HSE awareness and skills.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to ensure that we are meeting our targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest HSE developments.
- Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures to ensure that we are meeting our obligations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as HSE, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HSE role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support our operations in Europe.
