Tech Lead

Cosmo Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our Customer Delivery team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a central technical role by working closely with project teams to ensure the quality of delivered solutions while operationally managing the development team.
Key Responsibilities- Define and oversee the technical directions of projects, ensuring that proposed solutions are aligned with functional requirements and clients' strategic objectives.
- Guide and direct the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the quality, performance, and robustness of the solutions.
- Act as the link between the engineering team responsible for developing Cosmo Tech products and the project team.
- Provide high-level technical support, addressing critical project aspects and resolving complex technical issues.
- Facilitate the technical integration of new clients and partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources for optimal use of Cosmo Tech solutions.
- Engineering degree in computer science or a Master's degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, ideally in a startup environment.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools: Python, JavaScript, React, SQL, Docker, Power BI.
- Excellent knowledge of modern development frameworks and tools.
- Expertise in the Azure Cloud platform. Knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS platforms is a plus.
