Tech Lead PLM

As a Tech Lead PLM at Capgemini, you will be responsible for coordinating technical activities for all aspects of the project, working with clients, project management, and functional teams. You will also be responsible for animating and leading a team of realization, organizing work, and managing workload.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate technical activities for all aspects of the project
- Animate and lead a team of realization
- Organize work and manage workload
- Participate in the constitution of dossiers in response to calls for tenders
- Transmit knowledge to junior consultants
- At least 7 years of experience in system integration projects and significant experience in leading development teams
- Master of Windows/Linux, Java, Python, Shell, SQL environments
- Interest in development in progiciel environments and ideally skills on 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill or TeamCenter
- Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS) and DevOps solutions
- Fluent in English
- Good relational skills, proposal force, synthetic and team work taste
