Company Overview: Winsearch Lyon Industrie is a specialized recruitment agency in the industry, seeking a Field Service Technician in a permanent position for one of its clients, a company that designs and manufactures special machines for component assembly in the microelectronics markets serving medical, defense, aerospace, and electronic industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and start up specialized equipment at customer sites
- Manage customer service requests and provide technical support
- Prepare equipment-specific documents and reports
- Propose and implement technical solutions for equipment improvement and evolution
- Conduct on-site customer service visits according to schedule, performing all necessary checks as per procedures
- Provide training to customers and technical representatives on equipment functionalities
Requirements:
- Degree in electronics/electrical engineering with knowledge in automation and micromechanics
- Independent, analytical, and proactive individual
- Fluent English is mandatory
