What We Offer

We are seeking a Lead Brand Strategist for our French Marketing division. This role is based in our Paris office and reports directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be part of a diverse team dedicated to enhancing our market presence. The Lead Brand Strategist will be responsible for crafting and executing the marketing strategy for our wet product range, aiming to boost market share, enhance consumer engagement, and drive growth across France.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze the performance of your product portfolio (including sales data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis) to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop annual marketing strategies aligned with global objectives and financial targets.
  3. Ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives in the marketplace, monitoring the performance of campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities.
  4. Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring accurate tracking and oversight.
  5. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Global Marketing, Digital, Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams to promote effective teamwork.
  6. Embrace a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the pet food sector.
  2. A degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in marketing across various channels, including product development and media activation.
  4. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  5. Excellent organizational abilities with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Demonstrated leadership qualities and enthusiasm for implementing new initiatives, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  7. Proficiency in French and fluent in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
