Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media content strategies for Sephora and Aveda retail education in Europe.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly market calls.
- Develop and maintain Excel trackers for various projects and initiatives.
- Support EMEA markets with navigating the Aveda education platform and SharePoint.
- Design and develop e-learning content using Articulate 360 Riser software.
- Research and gather competitor intelligence.
- Stay up-to-date with hair trends, fashion weeks, and related influences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide high-level internal and external service to EMEA education leads.
- Ability to react to ad-hoc tasks, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- International work environment with over 40 nationalities in the office.
- Up to 10 days of remote working per month.
- 10 days of remote working in the EU within the internship framework.
