About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Education and Events team as a Digital Education and Events Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the Education team, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies for Sephora and Aveda retail education in Europe.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly market calls.
  • Develop and maintain Excel trackers for various projects and initiatives.
  • Support EMEA markets with navigating the Aveda education platform and SharePoint.
  • Design and develop e-learning content using Articulate 360 Riser software.
  • Research and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Stay up-to-date with hair trends, fashion weeks, and related influences.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide high-level internal and external service to EMEA education leads.
  • Ability to react to ad-hoc tasks, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
