Your Role: Director of Product (Devices)We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to guide our Devices product category, specifically the Toniebox. You will be responsible for shaping the future of this beloved product, ensuring its continued success in engaging children and families worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for our devices, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Manage the global portfolio of Toniebox variations and bundles, overseeing lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and commercial performance.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by gathering market insights, analyzing sales data, and incorporating user feedback into product decisions.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of product initiatives with business goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading product development for innovative consumer products, ideally within the children's entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Passion for creating engaging and impactful experiences for children.
