Position Overview
The Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our clinical research teams. This position involves providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) teams by accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that monitor site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, management, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports, adhering to the defined scope of work and standard operating procedures. Participate in periodic reviews of study files to ensure completeness.
- Facilitate the preparation, handling, and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies, and maintain tracking information in collaboration with CRAs and RSU.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the clinical team regarding project communications, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Report directly to the line manager and collaborate with clinical team members.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support team members in the execution of clinical trials.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with three years of experience in administrative support.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
Location: This position is office-based in La Défense, France.
