Clinical Research Associate II

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in France. This is a home-based position dedicated to a single sponsor.
As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will be responsible for site management and monitoring activities across assigned oncology studies. You will work with industry leaders and subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to mentor junior CRAs.
This role offers a pivotal position in the drug development process, with the opportunity to work with world-class technology. You will be responsible for all site management and monitoring activities, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in clinical research.
Responsibilities- Site management and monitoring activities across assigned oncology studies
- Work with industry leaders and subject matter experts
- Mentor junior CRAs
- Develop skills and knowledge in clinical research
- Substantial site management experience
- Understanding of clinical trial methodology and terminology
- Experience in independent monitoring, all types of visits
- Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills & problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Good understanding and working knowledge of clinical research, phases of clinical trials, current GCP/ICH & country clinical research law & guidelines
