About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join one of our clients specializing in banking and insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving performance objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 12-15 customer service representatives
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of the call center in the absence of other supervisors
- Administrative management of the team
- Handling incidents and resolving conflict calls
- Accompanying and animating the team to propose areas for improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in call center supervision, preferably in the banking and insurance sectors. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance indicators. Proficiency in call center management tools and CRM software. Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve problems efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
