Agap2 is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Business Engineer Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business success by overseeing operations, managing projects, and fostering strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities- Lead Operations & Financial Performance: Oversee day-to-day business activities, meticulously monitor budgets, and analyze financial results to ensure profitability and growth.
- Business Development & Team Management: Develop strategic initiatives to expand our client base and market reach. Effectively lead and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals.
- Technical Expertise & Client Engagement: Prepare comprehensive cost estimations for projects and proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with clients, building strong partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Project Execution & Compliance: Manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to strict safety standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
- Contract Management & Supplier Relations: Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal resources and services.
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a proven track record in mechanical engineering and business development.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and/or SolidWorks is essential.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and best practices.
