National Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Distribution Manager to join our Food Service France team in Villeneuve d'Ascq. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national Food Service distributors, with the goal of optimizing sales volumes to improve the company's profitability.
Main Responsibilities:- Negotiate National Agreements: Collaborate with the legal department to ensure the legal validation of the strategy, and negotiate national agreements within the framework of the commercial policy.
- Identify Sales Growth Opportunities: Develop the annual plan, propose necessary development measures and actions, and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Develop the Joined Business Plan: Ensure that the objectives defined are met through the quality of negotiated trade-offs, and develop the Joined Business Plan.
- Manage Financial Processes: Manage financial processes, including sales tracking, budget management, and provisions, in collaboration with the team's Financial Analyst.
- Present the Framework of Agreements: Present the framework of agreements internally, and mobilize the sales team around specific action plans in cooperation with regional directors.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, with the ability to unite and convince others.
- Commercial Experience: Significant experience in commerce, ideally in Food Service.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is essential.
- Frequent Travel: Frequent travel will be required (30% of working time).
