National Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Negotiate national agreements within the framework of the commercial policy and delegated mandate, collaborating with the legal department to ensure the legal validation of the strategy.
\u2022 Identify opportunities for sales growth, develop the annual plan, and propose necessary development measures and actions.
\u2022 Develop the Joined Business Plan.
\u2022 Ensure that the objectives defined are met through the quality of negotiated trade-offs: assortment (including new products), promotion, digital, sales statistics, etc.
\u2022 Identify key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to develop long-term relationships.
\u2022 Identify client needs and propose, in collaboration with the Category Manager, a non-transactional partnership approach, including category analyses, assortment recommendations, promotional analysis, highlighting the CSR strategy, etc.
\u2022 Establish a concrete network with identified decision-makers (chains, GT) in the regions.
\u2022 Be a driving force in the development of the company\u2019s commercial policy based on client knowledge and the competitive landscape.
\u2022 Present the framework of agreements internally and mobilize the sales team around specific action plans in cooperation with regional directors.
\u2022 Manage financial processes (sales tracking, budget management, and provisions) in collaboration with the team\u2019s Financial Analyst, and provide monthly or quarterly activity reporting to clients.
\u2022 Ensure proper information sharing with management control, as you will be responsible for the client account profitability.
\u2022 Participate in the development of monthly sales forecasts.
Requirements:
\u2022 Strong result-oriented culture, ability to unite and convince others, and analytical, organized, and recognized for your pragmatism.
\u2022 Advanced negotiation skills.
\u2022 Significant experience in commerce, ideally in Food Service.
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
\u2022 Proficient in IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
\u2022 Fluency in English is essential.
\u2022 Frequent travel will be required (30% of working time).
