STERIMED Infection Control is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Industrial Projects Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance team, participating in the continuous improvement of equipment and industrial installations, and contributing to the optimization of safety, environment, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanics, electrotechnics, or automation, and a minimum B2 level of English proficiency in a professional context.

With at least 10 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial environment, you will possess a strong hands-on orientation and a sense of responsibility, as well as methodical and rigorous approach. Adaptability, responsiveness, and the ability to make proposals are essential skills for this role.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance of equipment and installations, centralizing maintenance requests, and prioritizing them, as well as organizing the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and controlling and monitoring the results of maintenance work.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of automation, general mechanics, pneumatic, and industrial electricity, as well as proficiency in industrial computing (CMMS) and professional English.
