The Industrial Maintenance and Projects Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This includes developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies, managing the maintenance team, and overseeing projects related to industrial installations.

This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in maintenance management, team leadership, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee projects related to industrial installations, including specification, tendering, and site supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in engineering or a related field (mechanics, electrotechnics, automation).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English language (B2 level) for professional communication.

We offer a competitive salary of €75,000 - €100,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
